E-Bolt Music Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using services with E-Bolt Music, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Description of Services
Services at E-Bolt Music include music instruction in-studio, virtually, or on location specified by agreement between E-Bolt Music and establishment owner. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

Student Conduct
You agree not to use services at E-Bolt Music for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions. You also agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other Students or instructors

  • Violate the rights of third parties

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services

  • Use our services for commercial solicitation without our prior written consent

Student Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Cancelations and Absence
If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, a minimum 24-hours notice must be provided to your instructor, or info@eboltmusic.com. If 24-hours notice or more is provided, lessons can be rescheduled without additional cost, or skipped without being charged. If less than 24-hours notice is provided, the lesson will be charged in full. Unused lessons have a one year expiry from the date of purchase.

Intellectual Property
All content and materials available for services at E-Bolt Music, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of E-Bolt Music or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Bolt Music shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold E-Bolt Music, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.

Parental/Guardian Consent and Release
If student is under the age of 18 years old, parent/guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon student accessing or using services with E-Bolt Music. If parent/guardian does not agree with any part of these terms, student may not access or use our services. As parent/guardian, you affirm that you have been completely informed of the service plan that the child/youth will participate in. You understand the general structure of services at E-Bolt Music and are not required for approval if lesson plans are altered. By enrolling your child/youth you hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge the community, the corporation, its officers, directors, employees, volunteer and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are connected with my child's participation in the programs or the use of the equipment and facilities. Enrolment of the student means you are fully informed of the contents of this Parental Consent and Release clause. You warrant that you possess all the rights, powers, and privileges of a parent or legal guardian necessary to execute this agreement with binding legal effect.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
